Black doesn't always mean burnt.

Ok, ok... one more incredible recipe.

This cake is too unbelievable to ignore. I can also call this cake "kinda healthy" because it contains no egg, no milk and only 1 cup of sugar. You don't believe me? See for yourself:
Prep time: 7 minutes
Bake time: 25-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS plain red or white vinegar

DIRECTIONS
--Combine first 5 ingredients in a baking pan (9 inch round, 8 square or 9x6 rectangle)
--In a small bowl, combine water, oil and vanilla. Pour liquid into the dry ingredients, and whisk with a fork.
--Add the vinegar and stir just until it's distributed around the batter.
--Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees
--Call your friends
*It'll come out black as black can be, but don't let that scare you... Maybe a good Halloween recipe with a few candy corns on top??

Now this recipe calls for no frosting, but they say it can be served with warm apple sauce. Matt ate it with ice cream and I tried it with a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
