I had to comply with the school dress code, so Kent wore his Papy's bow tie from when he was a little one. I've never heard so many compliments on any bow tie! I was proud to say that it belonged to my Dad.
He kept saying "ball". Surprise, surprise!
Goofball.
The rest of the morning we spent outside: I sat on some steps or a nearby bench and Kent dug around in rocks (landscape) and sand and picked up sticks to his heart's content. He hung out on the deck while I warmed up lunch and he was DELIGHTED to find me through the window.

The bow tie lives on!! Oh, and I understand perfectly what Kent was saying. He said he misses his Nana!! (love the mat!!) Big warm hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love that little bow tie! He sure knows how to turn on the charm. And I'm glad the weather is warming up - Kent seems so delighted to be outside! Loved the video :)
