GUESS WHAT!!!!!

I PASSED MY CDL PERMIT!!!!!!!!

 

I have to say: it was tough. There were 3 test: general knowledge, passenger endorsement and school bus endorsement. I had to pass by 80% otherwise, retake it later. I don't have very many "laters" in my schedule, so I really really hoped my studying would pay off.

 

I was this close to failing the first test. First of all, there were TWO right answers (which was super annoying) and it was hard to tell which one was better. Man!

I could get 10 wrong total, and I wasn't even to #25 when I only had 5 errors left...

 

Here was the play-by-play of the last 4 questions:

#48 wrong (9 wrong total)

--insert panic--

#50 RIGHT ... yessss!!!

 

My road test is scheduled for December 3rd, so I have plenty of time to practice driving around the area, doing maneuvers and parallel parking (PS: since backing up is highly discouraged, WHY do I have to parallel park???). Meanwhile, I have to get finger printed, background checked, randomly drug tested, and get a physical.
