Being cool.

Teenagers are so cool. One student came into class chatting with a friend about some "OMG story". Then she said "awk!"

Apparently, it's no longer cool to say the whole word "awkward".

Today I gave them a quiz, and inevitably, I heard the question "Madame, is this hard?!" as if my answer would miraculously make what I've taught them suddenly click.

So I said, "IDK, it's a strug."
