VBS day 2

tired.

How do elementary teachers do it?? How do they handle 25 kids all at once, let alone 10.
I think of Octomom and decide she is crazy.

Today, our story was about Elijah and the widow... the drought and the miraculous bottomless jars of oil and flour.
Teacher: "Does anyone know what a widow is?" 
Kid--"Is that like a black widow?"
Teacher: "Um, not quite--"
Kid--"IS SHE A SPIDER??!?!?! HAHHAAHAHHAHA"
Teacher: "A widow is a person whose husband died. So, this widow was poor and she lived with her son." 

Small hand goes up. "Yes?" 
Kid--"Is she a hobo?"

Seriously, where do these kids get this stuff????
