I guess that leaves us with two options:
A) stay inside, curled up with a good book, eating comfort food, like this new recipe.
B) bundle up like a mountain man and don't let the weather ruin any fun day trips.
C) a+b
Enough about weather. Everyone has given it too much attention already.
My knees are doing fine. I stretch and do my little strengthening exercises every other day, but I feel like they are too easy... Well, one of them is awful hard, and the other isn't. I'll continue, but the athletic trainer will probably have to increase the intensity.
Tonight we go salsa dancing as our date night. I'm excited to use what we've learned on the dance floor!!



Your knees must be doing so much better to want to dance on them! Have fun with the Salsa! Sounds like a great way to keep warm!! XXOO Mom
