Months and months ago, Kent and I were playing outside and our neighbor's mom walked by. She was pushing her granddaughter in the stroller and trying to get her to nap. Been there, done that! Anyway, Kent interrupted our conversation to ask for a song. The first tune that popped into Dawn's mind was:
I can't explain it, but somehow that song resurfaced in Kent's mind and he sang it 88,000 times today. He shouted it at the top of his lungs in the car and all during our morning grocery shopping. He hummed it in between playing and peeing and cleaning up toys and brushing teeth. He went to sleep practicing it and sang it all. after. noon. The more I told him to stop singing, the more he sang and laughed and laughed, which led me to a new dinner table rule. He could hardly stop himself - it just bubbled out of him and you could actually see him trying to keep his mouth shut and obey.
It was such a relief to him that dinner was over so he could sing his little heart out. Here's a snapshot, though in a different video you can make out "walking on da stweet".

Are you sure it was 88,000 times? Maybe it was 88,001 times!!;What a funny little guy! He is so precious! I can just see him performing this with the dorm boys. Talent show? You tube? Too sweet not to share with everyone!!!!! Xxxooo Nana
