Eggplant Parm for the win!
We finally had something that was appetizing to Kent: eggplant parmesan!! I took Corrie's advice and put a spoonful in a big bowl so it would look manageable. He turned his nose up at it (even though he's had it before) and clamped his lips shut, turning the other way. In his effort to show me his dislike, he swung at the spoon and got some on his finger. He wanted me to wipe it off, which I didn't, and I ignored him while I started my portion. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him lick his finger and NOT grimace, so I offered again and he took it! Miracle. Maybe we just have an Italian food lover, rather than Chinese, Indian or Mexican food lover.

Too cute! Glad he finally got some in his mouth and realized that he liked it :). William recently decided (all on his own) that green peas were going to help him get better from his cough so he's been taking big helpings at dinner, haha!
