Siblings reunite!

It was so much fun to have Sarah, Max and their dog Barney stay with us for a few weeks. Here are some highlights:

Playing pool and getting killed by Max. How were we supposed to know he played all his life at his grandparents' house when there was nothing else to do in the cornfields...

Taking Barney to the dog park and on daily walks--oh the excitement!!

Eating French pastries in Lambertville

Tasting chocolate covered bacon. Crazy weird, but good!

Eating our favorite vegetarian meals--and trying one of Sarah's: chickpea tacos!

Enjoying the beach under our awesome parasol! Our beach experience is forever changed for the better with some shade--especially with highs nearing 100!

NYC baby!

Notice in the next picture just how well they got to experience the city with the sights and sounds!

Eating cupcakes from a local place that WON "Cupcake Wars" on TV. YUM!!

We chose Cappuccino, Red Velvet, Vanilla Coconut, Peanut Butter, Snickers, Key Lime. Drooling yet?

Making interchangeable flower belts. Sarah has won me over with all of her accessorizing!

Thrift shopping (and good ol' regular shopping). No boys allowed.

Finally, we all drove up to see Peter and Lindsay in Maine. We camped, hit the town, saw Lindsay's art show, went to the coast, ate delicious food, and laughed a lot!

Then we found something.

As we skipped rocks, psychologist Max picked up an odd-looking rock and polled everybody on what they saw in it.

Barney figured Peter would be an easy target for human food.

Oh, and automatically sat in birth order.

I love my family! And I wish every weekend could be like this!
